Mi Manager

Mi Manager is a unique mailing software package that enables management of the mailroom, allowing you to track costs and maximising your savings.

It is now possible for you to know how much your organisation is spending on mailing, how much mailing stock you have in stores, and which departments are receiving the most returned mail, all within the same software solution, and with information being presented in graphical reports either on screen or in print.


Mi Manager enables you to:
  • Manage the cost of your outgoing mail
  • Record mail returned as undeliverable by the postal carrier
  • Monitor quantities of incoming mail
  • Run a Just In Time process of stock control
  • Control stock levels of mailing items such as Envelopes, Printer Paper, and Print Toner

Mi Manager can be installed on an individual PC or can run across multiple PCs within a client server environment. If installed on a server you can even choose to use Microsoft Internet Explorer® 7 as your Mi Manager client enabling a very simple rollout of this mailing software solution.

When multiple users are setup within the system, Mi Manager allows different levels of control. Therefore some users can be prevented from deleting records, whilst allowing Managers to modify user entry mistakes.

Mailroom As A Profit Centre

The mailroom is often seen as a department that consumes money and does not provide any tangible benefit to the organisation. Once the costs of mailing are recorded within Mi Manager this no longer needs to be the case. Mi Manager enables you to assign the costs of mailing to individual accounts or departments. These costs can then be recharged back to these users moving the costs of mailing to the instigator of the mailing. This process can be extended to bring in work from outside of the organisation enabling full utilisation of your mailroom equipment and providing an external source of revenue.

Just In Time Mailroom

Many organisations tie up precious money in stock that sits on the shelf just in case it is needed. Within the mailroom large stocks of envelopes and paper are often stored. With todays improvements in Internet ordering, courier delivery, and now Mi Manager's Stock Control functionality you can take control of your mailroom stock and have a continuous view of its level. With Mi Manager you can report on stock level and order new stock only when it is required and Just In Time. By reducing your stock levels you can save your organisation money, reduce clutter within your work environment, and work more efficiently.
